Zygarde attracting rare Pokémon?

I heard from someone that if you have a Zygarde in your party, it will attract rare Pokémon. Is true?

This is not known to be true in any game that Zygarde has appeared in.

It's possible that:

• They meant that Zygarde is rare
• They were talking about an unofficial game
• They were simply misinformed or got details wrong

Some Pokémon have abilities that boost the encounter rate, but Zygarde is not one of them.
