Shiny transfer from Soul Silver?

I went to the shop and brought a pre-owned Soul Silver (Legit) and when I went in the previous save file, there were a ton of shinies! Can I transfer the shinies to either Platinum, White, Y or AS.

If yes, please say how to transfer.

Pokebank. $5 a year isn't really great but hey! It isn't bad either! :D Insert SS, download Poketransporter and Pokebank, and the instructions will be given once you enter.
