I got Pokemon Silver on my 3Ds XL and I decided to do the Shiny Celebi Coin Case Glitch, but after I did it, my Poke Transporter wouldn't let me transport it to my Ultra Moon game! I looked online and people are saying that the lifted the ban so I should be able to transport it, but it won't let me!

The shiny Celebi I have is at level 6 with the moves Strength, Tackle, Surf, and Flash(it used to be a Slowpoke I used as a HM slave). If you know anything, please respond because I really want that Celebi, and if you can, please tell me what I have to do to the Celebi so that it will transfer.

Do I have to level it up? Do I have to change it's moves?

Glitch Pokemon cannot be transfered through Pokebank. Here's all the Pokemon you CANNOT transfer:

However, if you make the Celebi level 30 or higher and not shiny, it MAY pass the glitch-check. Here's what will happen:
- It will have guarenteed 5 IVs in S/M or US/UM
- It will have the "fateful encounter" flag

I'm not sure if this has been patched yet but it was working as of 3 months ago.
