In The Passionate Primeape there is something where the primeape says that it will wear a dress to their wedding but later says something like Ill save you darling and I havent read many of them. Is Eevee a girl or a boy?
Eevee is a boy that says he is uninterested in primeape. Darling is just a nickname given to a loved one.
