I have a mewtwo on my team as a fast special sweeper. Unfortunately though it's nature doesn't help him/her(let's not be sexist :) )
I want to know if there's a way to change his nature,if not please put on a vote on my question (I need some points)

Mewtwo is genderless. In the english language a genderless object is generally referred to as masculine unless it is a mode of transportation like a car, plane, or boat. Or to be gender neutral use the word "it". Seeing "him/her" everywhere is both annoying and improper english even if it is "politically correct."
Just want to say that its not a good idea to ask people to vote you up, since it makes you appear point-grubby and most people wont vote just because you asked, so its pretty pointless (puns huehue).

Synchronize might be what you need.

Synchronize is an ability that 15 Pokemon can have: Abra, Kadabra, Alakazam, Mew, Natu, Xatu, Espeon, Umbreon, Ralts, Kirlia Gardevoir, Munna, Musharna, Elgyem and Beeheeyem. Chances are, you'll be able to catch one of these.

When a Pokemon with Synchronize leads the party, there's now a 50% chance that any Pokemon you encounter will have the same nature. Obviously, since some of those Pokemon listed above can be pretty easy to find, it'll be easier to get one of them with the desired nature. You can even save many Pokemon with different natures if you plan on getting something with a good nature often.

This way itll be much easier to get the nature you want, since you'll only need to soft-rest a few times to get one with the right nature, but keep in mind that IVs are unaffected, so you might need to soft-reset more for IVs.

Hope I helped!

The nature of a Pokemon is generated at the time of the encounter and can not be changed after that point. If you want to get a specific nature you should save right before triggering the battle. Then capture it and check it's nature. If it is not the one you want reload from save and try again.

There is no way you can change it(Not legally anyways). Most people try the Synchronize method( Have a Pokemon with the ability Synchronize in the front of the party and the Pokemon you are facing has a chance of having that Pokemon's nature). You could just get someone to chnlange the nature by hacking. But yeah theres no way of changing it. Maybe you could try to build the moveset around the nature to help you better use Mewtwo
