you'll need to use a ditto as the mother like normal breeding for it. all the egg moves are available on the different evolutions of tyrogue(which can't breed because he's a baby) so you'll need to breed whichever one has the move you want with ditto and then evolve it to possibly learn more moves which you need to breed over again if you want something from each evolution.
