If I use Super Training for all my EVs, will they care over if that Pokemon levels up by EXP share?

Title says it all. After I've gotten all of the EVs, will EXP Share Leveling up work on boosting those stats?

Leveling up will boost all stats regradless, but yes since you supertrained it those stats will increase the most when you level up
