So, over the summer I bought a Pokemon White, Black 2, and White 2 from eBay. I started up the Black 2 and White games and they were both played previously by hackers. I checked the boxes and there were a ton of Lv.100 Pokemon. I saw a Lv.100 Woobat, Staryu, and Combee (Male). I know that the Combee can't because it's a boy AND Lv.100. The Staryu van because of the Water Stone. I need to know if the Woobat can.
