Eevee catching in oras?

What is the chance of finding eevee in oras. Is there an easy way to find it?

Eevee is found on Route 116 in ORAS.
Eevee's DexNav Exclusive (it can only be found after defeating Kyogre/Groudon)
Which means the only way to get one would probably just be by attempting to DexNav it.
(Or by WonderTrading for it.)
