Eggs can be bred from the Day Care at Four Island. Put two Pokemon of either the sam species of opposite gender, two Pokemon of the same egg groups of opposite gender, or a Pokemon and a Ditto together. The egg will contain the pre-evolution (if any) of the female Pokemon; for Ditto, it'll be the Pokemon other than Ditto.
