Do they show Groudon and Kyogre primal evolve in the Pokemon series?

Question

I am asking this question because I have seen Groudon and Kyogre in their Primal and Normal form...........But..I did'nt see them PRIMAL EVOLVING. In the series the only episode I saw Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre was::https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Qsv7qmbfgQ.....but they didn't show how Groudon and Kyogre Primal evolved..

No, they do not actually show the process of Primal Reversion in the anime. I have seen the Mega Evolution specials and can attest to this. I don't know why not, but if you want my opinion it's probably because it would have taken too much time out of the story (they have to find the originals, explain why they Revert, etc.)
