Strategy: Lead with Musharna with Exploud or Camerupt, First set up trick room and then helping hand boomburst/heat wave to try and sweep as much as possible.

For the last Pokemon I was originally going with sheer force rampardos, but I can't seem to get my hands on one. The last Pokemon should be slow and have very high attack/special attack, and have at least 1 powerful STAB move that will hit both Pokemon on the other team. (if it hits Pokemon in the same team, it doesn't matter, Musharna has telepathy). Also feel free to evaluate the movesets of these Pokemon.

One does not simply...

RUN CONKELDURR WITHOUT MACH PUNCH
One does not simply run Mega Camerupt without Protect and Gastrodon / Amoonguss.
Oh yeah and if you want a Trick Room Rock-type, Rhyperior or Eviolite Rhydon are better than Rampardos by leagues. Please make an RMT of this, I want to help. Because this team needs help :/
Yes but rhydon does not have OHKO potential. And conkeldurr does not have mach punch because it will outspeed almost everything in TR.
I know this team may look pretty bad at first sight, it does actually work quite well. These are 5 replays of the 5 battles I did after reading these replies, I did not pick the best, these were just the first 5 battles.

what they all don't work. Well, I won 4/5 of those battles - so yeah it works well
Lower tier means absolutely nothing.  The fact that you lost a game in such a low tier proves that this team needs some help.
What do you mean lower tier? Those were VGC battles.

I would recommend putting this in RMT, you will get better answers, and a complete analysis of your team. I'll give a few suggestions, but I'm not gonna do a full analysis.

First, trick room is very sketchy and can be played around pretty easily. I'm assuming this is in game, and not on PS! as you didn't give a tier, but even in game trick room is very sketchy. Trying to build sweepers out of tanks and walls sounds really nice, but in theory doesn't work well. They generally have a lack of good moves, or high enough attack/special attack or aren't the best typing. Even if you get trick room to work with a Pokemon, they can simply tank it out with someone like ferrothorn and then your "sweepers" are useless until you set up TR again.

That being said, you can still try and run trick room, but I wouldn't use this team. You have every single Pokemon relying on trick room, at least for the most part, and you only have one Pokemon to set up TR. You can try and set up TR with musharna, but I would have at least one normal sweeper in case TR fails.

To answer your initial questions about who your 6th Pokemon should be, I'm wondering who your considering, because you gave 4 Pokemon, and then gave 2 options for your 6th. Now, I'm not the best at math, but I'm pretty sure 4+1 doesn't equal 6 Pokemon :P
In all seriousness though, I would rather have conkeldurr, but replace rock slide with mach punch. Also I would add a eviolite rhydon, to help tank some hits.

I hope this helps you with your team, if you want more information, make a RMT out of this. If you have any questions or comments, please ask in comments!

On a side note, I'm back! Been awhile, but I'm coming back to the database because I have no life :P So hello everyone!

ok but what is an RMT
Rate my team, it's under the community tab on the top.
oh and no eviolite rhydon does not work because although it is very tanky, It will not dish out much damage. Remember, my strategy is to set up trick room and sweep, mainly with OHKO's. These are some replays showing how it will work:

1. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2015-290860215
2. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2015-290863149
3. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2015-290865714
4. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2015-290866895
5. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2015-290867853

Oh and btw I chose choice band rhyperior as my last pokemon, and the machamp or conkeldurr was that the 5th pokemon would be machamp or conkeldurr (I hadn't decided yet, and I ended up going with machamp), and you would add the 6th pokemon.
The last replay also shows that the team does work well, even without TR
