I have surf so is their a pal park in soul silver to surf to in the game not sure where to go I have two ds games so I have no problem another thing is the game sapphire the internal battery has run dry the one that tells the time that kind of stuff
Pal Park is located in Fuschia City in Kanto. After you beat the main game you'll gain access to take the ship from Olivine to Vermillion in Kanto.
