So I'm trying to use an Absol with Mean Look, then use Baton Pass to a Truant Durant which will use Entrainment, then Baton Pass to a Mega Lucario. That way I can set up with that, alternating between Protect when it tries to attack, and then when it's loafing around, I'll use Swords Dance. Once I'm done with that, then I'll use Bullet Punch. Anyways would that double Baton Pass work and carry the effects of Mean Look? That way they couldn't switch out to get rid of the Truant ability.

>The effects of moves that prevent ordinary switching, such as Mean Look, are no longer passed on to the incoming Pokémon;

Unfortunately, no.

"If a Pokémon traps a target with Mean Look and then switches with Baton Pass the target will no longer be trapped." (http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Mean_Look_(move))

So in other words if your Absol uses Mean Look and then it uses Baton Pass the Mean Look losses its effect. Also Pokémon under Mean Looks Effect still can switch out using Volt Switch and U-Turn and possible Baton Pass as well.

It sounds like you are fighting a Slaking. Possibly another Pokémon that could handle that one is a Gengar or Haunter with Mean Look or a Mega Gengar because Mega Gengar has the Ability Shadow Tag and being a Ghost type it can't receive damage from a Fighting or Normal Type move and it will not be able to switch out. I hope this helps and good luck

The OP is not fighting a Slacking.  S/he is trying to pass Truant from a Durant to the opposing Pokemon.
