Is it possible to find a Pokemon with it's Hidden Ability without Pokenav while soaring in the sky?

Hi, I have Pokemon AS and I need a Murkrow with H.A., but the only place I can find Murkrow is while soaring in the sky, so I can't use Pokenav or hordes. Is it possible to find one?

No, it is not possible to find any Hidden Ability Pokemon while soaring in the sky on Latios/Latias.
