Where do you find a Prism Scale?

Question

I want to evolve a Feebes and I heard that if you give it a Prism Scale it will evolve, so now I'm looking for a Prism Scale in Pokemon Black. Any idea were you can find one???

You can find the Prism Scale in Undella Town and Route 13. Hope this helps...
