How do I get prism scale in ORAS?

My brother might want a Milotic, but I don't know how to get a Prism Scale in ORAS. Can someone tell me where I can find one?

I don't think prism scales are obtainable in ORAS unless you trade from XY. ORAS players can evolve Feebas by feeding it Pokeblocks.

You cannot get them from ORAS. All you have to do to evolve it is max out its Beauty using Pokeblocks made from berries like Bluk berries, and when it's beauty is maxed out, level it up, and it should evolve.
