I know you can get hidden abilities through breeding as long as the mother had the HA but what about through fishing as I looked on the internet there was only cheats hacks and friend safari etc.
No, the only way to get a legitimate Hidden Ability Carvanha is through trading. There is no way to get hidden abilities via fishing in XY to the best of my knowledge.
