Can gliscor lern power up punch through breeding?

Question

my gliscor has sky uppercut which is great for dealing with normal and flying types and if I can lern it power up punch through breeding which Pokemon should I use then and what order is it in plz help

Power-up Punch is not a valid Egg Move for Gligar/Gliscor.

like the tyrunt i have with sturdy i do actually have a tyrunt with sturdy even tho the site here says it cant have sturdy as a ability
