What time of day can you encounter growlithe in Pokemon pearl?

Growlithe can be encountered at all times of day - the condition required is that you are playing with a Nintendo DS and that a FireRed cartridge is inserted in the GBA slot of the DS. Once the condition is met, you can find it on Routes 201-202 with an 8% of encounter.

Ok, the problem is that I'm playing on the drastic emulator for Android, how would I be able to get growlithe since I use an emulator?

Yeah, you can't get Growlithe on a Pearl emulator. But I might be wrong; I do know that you can type in codes to make the emulator do things like that, but I wouldn't know. You can try continue searching online for more answers.
