How do I change Rotom's forms?

I play Pokemon X. I know that Rotom transforms when it possesses different household appliances: an oven (Heat Rotom), a washing machine (Wash Rotom), a refrigerator (Frost Rotom), a fan (Fan Rotom), and a lawnmower (Mow Rotom). A few questions:
1. I tried to tranform Rotom using those utensils, and nothing worked! Help me figure out how to change Rotom's forms!
2. Where do you find the appropriate oven and refrigerator in XY?
3. Where do you find the other utensils in XY?

If you go to Lumiose city in the Professer's lab,on one of the floors (2nd floor I think) there are boxes. Go to the box (interact) and it will say that Rotom wants to go into appliances, and then you can change Rotom to any of it's forms!
