Best answer

Gen 1: Dragonite
Gen 2: Tyranitar
Gen 3: Salamence, Metagross
Gen 4: Garchomp
Gen 5: Hydreigon
Gen 6: Goodra
Gen 7: Kommo-o
Gen 8: Dragapult, Hisuian Goodra
Gen 9: Baxcalibur

There are 10 psuedo-legendary Pokemon, or 11 if you count Hisuian Goodra separately. Criteria for pseudo-legendary Pokemon can be found here.

Does Slacking not count?
No, Slaking is not a Pseudo Legendary because it's BST is 670. Pseudo Legendaries are Pokemon that are not Legendary Pokemon that have a BST of 600.
You forgot about Dragapult gen 8 Dragon/ghost
