Do we know what happens to Zygardes transferred from X/Y to S/M?

Question

Just what it says on the tin. Could a Zygarde that was transferred from X and Y to Sun and Moon change forms? I'm assuming not, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Just answering this for the sake of answers. :P

In short, Yes.

A Zygarde that is transferred from X and Y can get the Power Construct Ability if 50 cores are added to it, which allows it to transform into 100% form in battle.

It can also change form between 10% and 50% form if its Ability is Power Construct.
