In Pokemon Sun, will taking a Pokemon out of the nursery break my chain?

I have two Pokemon in the nursery in Pokemon Sun and I took one of the Pokemon out to check something. Does this consider that I broke the chain or I am still ok and I don't need to worry about it?

Are you doing normal Masuda or Swap  Breeding?

Yes, taking your Pokémon from the Daycare will break your shiny chain.
