Well I think Pledge Groves is connected to the south of Floccesy Town and to the right fo Alder's House, I think.
For Sudowoodo its in Route 20 (Swarm) I think.
And hidden ability Pokemon can be found in the Hidden Grotto's.
I think this might help a bit..
