Can you team up with a Friend through wi-fi, like in a double battle, and if so where?

I heared something about a multi wi-fi train in the subway, I don't know, oh and for pokemon Black and White

In the Gear station in Nimbasa city, If you go on the multi train route, you can connect with a friend using wi-fi or infrared. You could also use the C-gear and use infrared and have a 4v4 with friends
