How did I get a female Mudkip from breeding a male Mudkip and a Ditto?

Question

I leveled up the male and female Mudkips until they evolved into Marshtomp and I bred them, and I wanted a male Mudkip so I can nickname it (The male that I bred with the Ditto was from another trainer) after my starter in AS, but I again got another female? At this point, I was freaking out. So can you guys/girls figure out what's going on?

The gender of the baby is randomized, it does not matter if you breed it with Ditto or another Pokémon. You just happen to have landed on that 12.5% chance of a female Mudkip twice in a row. Keep hatching and you'll get a boy.
