It is possible to get a Surfing Turtwig as an egg move?

Just wondering if this is possible because I've always wanted one. Some people say to just get Earthquake. Only thing is that when you're facing a Charizard, it doesn't work in my case..

No, Turtwig does not have Surf as an Egg Move. But, it does get Earth Power and Sand Tomb as Egg Moves. If you are so concerned about Charizard, then just have a Pokémon in your party that covers for Turtwig's Fire and Flying-type weaknesses.
