How to get a second Hurdle Jump in Pokemon Duel?

I know you can get one via Training, but how can you get a second? Do you have to pull one or are they from the story mode? If so which mission(s)?

Uh, the only thing I can find is a couple of references to getting it in Booster Packs. Is that good enough?

You can get hurdle jump from booster packs and from the store.
