Can Pokemon Bank transfer from Moon to Sun?

I read the the Pokemon Bank thing does not allow you to move Pokemon back into the original game they came from.
However, Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon are technically different games (but they are also the same gen and more or less the same thing). So can I move my Pokemon in Pokemon Moon to Pokemon Sun?

Yes! You can transfer Pokemon between Sun and Moon. You just can't move Pokemon back a generation, like from Sun to X/Y.
