I was playing Pokemon GO today and I found and caught a pikachu with Ash's Kanto hat. How rare is this? are there any special effects?
Well, I don't have a definite number or any guarantees, but I do know that there was a recent update to the app allowing this as a special event. At least, for a different Pikachu form. Probably not too rare, but still lucky.
