Is z-solar beam still half power in rain/hail/sand?

If you activated the Z Crystal on Solar Beam, you would no longer be using Solar Beam anymore. You would instead be using Doom Bloom, which is not affected by weather in any way. Triggering off of Solar Beam, Doom Bloom would be a Special Move with a base power of 190.

Doom Bloom sounds cooler than the original name for the Grass type Z-move.
