Is it possible to evolve Ralts directly into Gardevoir?

I was playing Pokemon Emerald and my Ra;ts started to evolve, but there was one problem. I got too excited and accidentally pressed the B button and it stopped evolving. Once it reaches level 30, can I evolve it into Gardevoir? Please answer, I really need to know! Thanks!

Level it up again, it should evolve into Kirlia. Then you can evolve it into Gardevoir.
