Can the new Ultra Beasts be imported in to regular Sun and Moon?

The new ultra beasts should not be able to be imported to Sun/Moon because there is not Pokedex entry available in Sun/Moon for them. Using a simple transferring system such as PokeBank should not allow it, but even if there was some way, the Sun/Moon game would not function properly.

If you try to import a Pokemon to a previous game in which it doesn't exist, the Pokemon's sprite, and any moves that didn't exist in the game won't load.
