Pokedex reward?

In B/W, do you get a reward for completing the unova/national dex?

in addition to a star on your trainer card, you can get a certificate from the director of game freak in Castelia city. The Game Freak building is on the right-most street, and the director is on the only other floor you can go to, sitting at the desk in the upper right corner.Talk to him with a completed national pokedex, and he will give you the certificte. the certificate is then displayed in your room.
