Where is the Razor Claw in US/UM ?

I'm Trying to complete the Pokedex , and I can't find a razor claw anywhere !!

After collecting 50 TMs, You can get it on Tapu village. Also, there is 50% chance of held it by kommo-o and 5% chance of held it by Hakamo-o and Jangmo-o.
