Are the items I get from Poke Pelago locked?

So if I was in a Pokemon Centre, I sent the Pokemon in Poke Pelago looking for strange stones, and then saved, could I soft reset my game and get a different set of items from the hunt?

No, the items will be the same. Because the game was saved after the Pokemon were sent out, soft reseting would not change the items. I'm guessing its becuase the game decides what items to give when the Pokemon are sent out.

If the game is saved before the Pokemon are sent out, not after, then you could reset for different items. If you feel like waiting 12-24 hours for certain items.
