Does Clangerous Soulblaze and Oceanic Operetta bypass substitue?

the regular moves bypasses so I was wondering if the z-move would ignore that.

According to Smogon and most other places I looked, Clangorous Soulblaze does but Oceanic Operetta does not. I'm adding this as a comment in the case that I'm wrong, since the info I looked at seems a bit scarce. Hopefully somebody can test it.

According to this, Oceanic Operatta doesn't bypass sub but Clangerous Soulblaze does.
