What are some viable Special Arceus forms for Ubers?

Question

Does anybody have any ideas what Arceus formes are good for Special movesets in terms of typing? Because I'm making an Ubers team and I need a Special Attacker. Can you please post movesets!

Ground Arceus is probably the Best Special Arceus. Mostly because there are a lot of Ubers Pokemon weak to Ground. :P

Arceus-Ground @ Earth Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Judgment
- Ice Beam
- Refresh/Stealth Rock/Recover

Dark Arceus is probably the best for using Calm Mind.

Arceus-Dark @ Dread Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Judgment
- Calm Mind
- Recover
- Refresh

Grass Arceus is pretty solid, having great coverage in Ubers.

Arceus-Grass @ Meadow Plate
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 80 HP / 176 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Grass Knot
- Ice Beam
- Fire Blast
- Recover
