Are there copyrights issues when developing a Pokemon website?

I am developing a web site with Pokemon content, that includes a database of all Pokemon and all their moves. If I publish it on the web, would I have any problem involving Pokemon copyrights?

You probably have to put a disclaimer saying all content and rights belong to the Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and Game Freak. :P

There are tons of other unofficial Pokémon websites out there, so I don’t think it would be too big a deal as long as proper credit is given.

Just make it well known and obvious that Pokémon belongs to Nintendo and such, and give all proper credit for your sources and I’m sure you will be fine. <3
