Can you trade without wifi with USUM and Sun and Moon?

It is similar to a previous question but I have Pokemon I want to trade to Ultra Sun from Pokemon moon

Yeah, I have done it with my friend. Most of the Pokemon games (ever since black and white) let you trade via spotpass. All you have to do is turn on your 3ds and have your trading partner turn on his. Then go to the settings for his profile and ask to trade. Its kinda like black and white with black 2 and white 2, even though one was newer, they can trade with each other.

Yes, as long as you don't attempt to trade any of the new content from Ultra Sun, such as the new ultra beasts or new z-crystals. Same goes with battling on local wireless.
