Due to its ability, does Ninjask not have a maximum Speed limit in battle?

Ninjask does have a limit, his ability speed boost raises his speed one stage. The highest stage you can go to is stage six, making his speed 400% the original, this is the stat chart below.

Whenever you use a move like howl that raises it one stage, and when moves say harshly fell or sharply rose, then that means 2 stages up or down.

also there is only 1 or 2 moves that "drasticlally" raise it and that means by 3 stages,
and there is also "belly drum" that maximises ur attack that means by 6 stages, but it halves ur hp
