No, because Ninjask doesn't evolve. Shedninja doesn't evolve with Ninjask, but alongside it. Ninjask itself doesn't change again.

The damage calculator doesn't check for species. If you did damage calcs for Salamence with Eviolite the calculator would change. According to the calc all pokemon can use eviolite, but if you actually tried to use them it wouldn't work.
