Why did Ash catch so many Tauros?

Apparently, in the Pokémon Anime, Tauros are the #1 Trolling Pokémon at specifically running in front of  Pokémon you throw a Pokéball at in the Safari Zone. :P

actually ash caught 30 tauros in banned episode because man was holdun gun etc. later the episode ash encontured rhyhorn want to catch it but unlucky 30 times when ash trhowed his pokeball and friends too all time tauros appeared and blocked the pokeballs
