Is there a legal way of getting Decidueye's hidden ability?

Last year's Pokemon Bank distribution gave away HA Alola starters. This year they've moved on to giving out HA Oranguru/Passimian that way instead, but if you still have one of those starters, you can get more by passing the ability down to an egg.

Only if you had one with the HA to begin with. If you don't have one now, your only option to get started is to trade with someone who does (and who can probably get a bunch of spares to send out).
