What are the Tiny Mushrooms used for in Pokemon LeafGreen?

I started playing Pokemon LeafGreen, and I found some "TinyMushrooms" in Mt. Moon. I have no idea what you're supposed to use them for or what. Does anyone else know?

In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, two TinyMushrooms can be given to the Move Reminder on Two Island to relearn one move for one Pokémon.

Some Pokemon have good moves that they can learn only if you go to the move reminder, so at least make sure none of your Pokemon have those moves.
