How do I get the guy at the Fairy type gym to feel like a Pokémon?

So there is one art guy at the Ballonlea that’s been asking to know how it feels to be a Pokémon and that I need to put on Fire clothing or something. I have done everything that I could that has the Fire type on it. (Hat, bag, glasses, rucksack, Fire uniform, burning eyes, red hair, lipstick, eyebrow)

This one is quite simple. Go to the clothing store in Hammerlocke and purchase the Fire type Tracksuit jacket. Wear it and return to the man in Ballonlea.

Put on Fire-Gym outfit, Fire Track Suit, Trackie Bottoms, Fire Sport Rucksack, Fire Sport Cap, and Fire Sport Sunglasses. OF course, you'll need to purchase the remaining outfits in order to complete this task.
