Yeah I don't think so. You get no Exp., so its unlikely that EVs are given out. If you really want to train EVs, have your Pokémon hold power item(s), send it/them to Hammerlocke University for an EV seminar for 1 day, then their stat will be maxed out. To speed up this process, get Pokerus and you can send them for less time. Anyway, no, I would assume you wouldn't get EVs from raids, due to the fact that you don't get Exp. Hope this helps!
