What ribbons were introduced in B2/W2 but not the original BW?

In other words, I'd like to know if there are any ribbons in Gen 5 that weren't introduced until Black 2 and White 2. If nothing else, I'd like to know when the Birthday Ribbon was introduced.

Just to clarify: I'm not asking whether I can get these ribbons in-game. I just want to know which game Pokémon with these ribbons first appeared in.

All of the new ribbons obtainable in Gen V (Wishing, Souvenir, Event, Birthday, and Battle Champion) were distributed to both BW and B2W2, so B2W2 didn't really "introduce" any ribbons (although the Battle Champion Ribbon wasn't distributed until after B2W2 were released, if that's what you meant).
