How do You Get All of Alcremie's Forms?

I was looking through this page: https://pokemondb.net/sprites/alcremie and I started to wonder, are the forms just random when you encounter them, or is there a method you have to do to get them. If there is, I would like to know it. Also, I don't mean just the Vanilla Cream, Caramel Swirl, etc. I am curious also about the Clover Sweet, Star Sweet, etc. Thanks in advance!

You have to give the milcery the right sweet and spin around at the right time and the right way
